1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hunter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hunter is a digital SaaS / software platform that provides AI-powered career development tools, including but not limited to:

• Resume analysis and job matching
• Skill assessment quizzes and certifications (where included in your plan)
• Cover letter generation
• Mock interviews
• Job board browsing and related career tools
• Career progress tracking

Access to certain features depends on your plan (Free, Monthly, or Lifetime) as described on our pricing page. The Service is delivered digitally online; no physical goods are shipped.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content

When using our Service, you may submit content including resumes, cover letters, and other career-related materials. You retain ownership of this content but grant us a license to use it for providing and improving the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hunter and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payments and Merchant of Record

Paid plans and one-time purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC ("Lemon Squeezy"). Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions.

• When you purchase, the contract of sale for payment, tax collection, and the payment receipt is between you and Lemon Squeezy
• Your bank or card statement may show Lemon Squeezy (or a related descriptor) as the merchant
• Lemon Squeezy calculates, collects, and remits applicable sales tax / VAT where required
• After a successful purchase, Hunter activates the corresponding plan features on your account

By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's applicable buyer terms available at lemonsqueezy.com/terms.

Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may be presented with applicable taxes at checkout. Recurring Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime is a one-time purchase for ongoing access under these Terms, unless we discontinue the Service.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. For billing questions, contact support@hunterai.work.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• Violating any law or third-party rights
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Sharing account credentials or reselling access without permission
• Submitting unlawful, harmful, or infringing content

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including, without limitation, breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect where practicable.
